29 - NOC "Trick or Treat Fair" - Northern Oklahoma College invites trick-or-treaters 12 years old and younger to the eighth annual Trick-or-Treat Fair, Thursday, October 29 in the Foster-Piper Fieldhouse, East Gym, on the Tonkawa campus. Admission is free, and all children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. The fun will begin at 6 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. Various NOC student organizations, clubs and sports teams will be set up throughout the East Gym hosting games and handing out candy. The photography club will also be taking free Halloween pictures, and there will be inflatable amusement games for the youngsters.
