Dear OKVIM Team Leaders,

We need your help in conducting our annual UMCOR Kit collection drive at the Annual Conference of the OK UMC in Tulsa, OK on May 25th thru 29th.

Please share this request with everyone you know that may have an interest in serving those who have been affected by a disaster this past year and for those who will be struck by disaster in the future.

We need volunteers to assist us in or collection effort to meet UMCOR’s need of 33,000 layette kits and 64,000 sewing kits (please see attached brochure for details about the kits and their contents).

We hope to have the collection site (truck) at Boston Avenue UMC open throughout the Annual Conference.  Please have anyone who is willing to serve any day and any time to contact me as soon as possible. It would also be very helpful if we could get an individual(s) who would assist us in the scheduling of volunteers.

Thank you for your time and consideration!

PLEASE  HELP  US  to  HELP  OTHERS!!

Blessings  “Good Fruit!”
Richard Norman
