INDOORS:   KANZA WELLNESS CENTER  3201 East River Road ( One mile East of) Newkirk, Ok. Phone 580-362-1444  Adult Swims  7-9AM and 11AM to 1PM   $1 per swim session or $10 for 12 sessions. Workout Room and Swim=$3 per day or $11.25 a month.

PONCA CITY YMCA  POOL IS CLOSED. CONOCO POOL IS OPENTO EMPLOYEES.

Kaw Lake   has two swimming beaches: at the South edge of Kaw City, and  at the East end of the Dam on Lake Road.
