COMPUTER-CLASSES AND INSTRUCTION

PONCA CITY SENIOR CENTER (319 W. Grand, phone 762-9412) has four internet  accessable  computers for Sr. Citizens   to use free of charge, 9-3 Mon-Fri.  You must take a 30 minute  orientation class.   You can also sign up for free  afternoon computer classes.

PIONEER TECHNICAL CENTER 2101 North Ash  in Ponca City.   phone=762-8336  They have regular and short term classes in a variety of computer subject.  Registration and regular books and fees.

UNIVERSITY LEARNING CENTER (in basement of North Conoco Tower.  Enter via Osage Street gate, phone ahead =762-2856) They have a computer room, with free internet public access when room is not being used by paid classes.  Regular College classes in computers  with regular charges.

COMPUTER-FREE INTERNET ACCESS: 

INTERNET CAFE is free service for Senior Citizens by  Via Christi At Home (1209 E. Prospect  phone=765-8155 )   From 2-4pm on Thursdays, they have two Senior High Students hired to personally  help Senior Citizens  use their computers to access the internet.

PONCA CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY (515 E. Grand, phone=767-0345) has internet accessable computers  in the basement during library hours.   You must have a library card(free-at circulation desk), and take your turn.
