Free Indoor Walking allowed at the Unity Recreation Center at  1908 E. Woodlands in the morning, Wal-Mart 1101 East Prospect  -all hours they are open.

WALKING AND JOGGING:

Free Outdoor Trails at: MARLAN MANSION 901 Monument Rd. ,  NATURE TRAIL at Lakeview and East Dam roads, STANDING BEAR PARK at Fourth and Hiway 60(  which has our Community Labyrinth) is open from 6am-11pm , SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TRACK at 5th and Liberty, and   WAR MEMORIAL PARK at 5th and Hartford

See also  "Parks and Recreation" on this web site. 5-13-2005=The Park and Recreation Commission approved a hiking, biking and equestian wilderness trail on the west side of Ponca Lake.  The Trail will start at Hardford avenue entry of Lake Ponca and run along the west side of Snake Road and end on East Prospect Avenue near the VFW.  No motorizeed vehicles allowed.
