What is the FISH! Philosophy?

The FISH! Philosophy includes four simple, interconnected practices:

Be There is being emotionally present for people. It’s a powerful message of respect that improves communication and strengthens relationships.

Play taps into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic and having fun. Play is the spirit that drives the curious mind, as in “Let’s play with that idea!” It’s a mindset you can bring to everything you do.

Make Their Day is finding simple ways to serve or delight people in a meaningful, memorable way. It’s about contributing to someone else’s life, not because you want something out of it, but because that’s the person you want to be.

Choose Your Attitude means taking responsibility for how you respond to what life throws at you. Once you are aware that your choice impacts everyone around you, you can ask yourself, “Is my attitude helping my team or my customers? Is it helping me to be the person I want to be?”
Through The FISH! Philosophy, we build stronger relationships with the team members we work with, the customers we serve, the students we teach and the people we love.

It's almost hard to believe, but The House FM is celebrating its 5th birthday! Since we know it's really hard to shop for us, we'd rather have you give back to the community instead of buying us a Nintendo Wii .
McCoy in the Morning will broadcast LIVE from 4-6PM at each of those locations. We'll have cake, share memories, and you can help out the future listeners to The House FM: Babies. At each stop on our "birthday tour" we'd like to encourage you to bring an item for a local non-profit that helps care for babies in need.
Here's where we'll be from 4-6pm: Friday, Oct. 30th --Aldi, 1000 E Prospect Ave. Ponca City
Here are the local non-profit you'll be helping: Living Hope Pregnancy Center (in Ponca City )
Items Needed:
* Formula -- Goodstart (green or orange label)
* Diapers -- sizes 3 to 5 are needed most.
* Baby wipes

Aside from cake, helping out babies, and listening to McCoy in the Morning, we'll also be giving back to you—You can enter to win one of two prizes: a brand new Fender guitar autographed by Lincoln Brewster or a pair of tickets to see Jeremy Camp , eat with him, and see him in concert in Moore, OK on November 6th.
Thank you for being here for us the last 5 years. We are truly blessed to be a part of your life on a daily basis. We would not be here without you, your continued prayers and support. We hope to see you on our "birthday tour" and share a piece of cake … or two.
