The Social Security Administration  Contact Social Security Administration. Information Phone 762-6672 or 1-800-772-1213          They are implementing the "Notch Fairness Act", which can give persons born from 1917 to 1926 $5000 in four annual installments , or a monthly increase in their Social Security Benfit. Or read the article in the Ponca City News Page 6c on Sunday June 5, 2005 at the Ponca City Library. If you are caring for your grandchildren, you may be elgible to receive a social security check to help care for them.

The Social Security Office at 3500 N. Union has been  closed but a Social Security Representative is at the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission-"Workforce Oklahoma" office at 1201 West Graqnd from 9-2:30PM on Tuesdays  765-3372.  Kay County Residents may also go to the Stillwater Social Security offfice Monday through Friday from 9-4PM at 518 East Lake Road.  Their Phone number is 405-624-4301  or National office at 1-800-772-1213.
